Chiropractor in McKinney Explains The Problem With Sprinklers
With the beautiful weather this weekend, I decided to run a quick check on my sprinkler system to make sure nothing had busted during the cold weather. Luckily, the cold weather didn't do any damage and all the pipes were in tip top shape. Unluckily, I guess someone had run over one of the sprinkler heads while visiting for the holidays…
When I turned the system on, it looked like we had a water foundation putting on a show in the front yard. It was shooting almost two stories into the air.
If you have ever had this happen then you know how frustrating it can be, because not only does it cause a problem where it is broken (with water spewing everywhere), but it also ruins everything downstream of the broken piece. The water just dribbles out of the sprinklers downstream because the flow of the water has been interrupted, and the grass in that area begins to die from not getting enough water.
This is exactly what happens when a bone in your spine becomes misaligned. The bone puts pressure on the nerve causing problems not just where the bone is pinching the nerve, but at every point beyond the bone. It interferes with the healing power being sent from the brain down to every cell, tissue, and organ in your body. Just like the grass, when that power can't reach those organs they begin to die.
